The order was a rose gold necklace. I made a mistake by not realising my billing address was not updated and so I have been tracking the necklace moving to the Melbourne Airport to the incorrect address back to the Melbourne Airport and is now in South Melbourne. I have tried to contact Aus Post to advise there is a an address divert on the address I didn’t realise I sent it to, but Aus Post have not complied. It would be easier if Zehrai had the package sent back to them so I could arrange a new package with the correct delivery address.
